We are pleased to announce the release of new features and performance improvements for Smart Construction Edge2.

How to update Edge2.

2	Bug Fix	Base station	Base Station Performance / Bug Fixes (Satellite mask support, removal of GLONASS HW bias, and radio noise countermeasures) —FormCi4 v5.5, resolved an issue where GLONASS data would be zero when distributing RTCM3.2 MSM4 via digital radio.
3	Bug Fix	SfM function	Removed spaces from verification point label names (constraint measure) —Fixed an issue where point cloud generation could fail if the verification point name contained spaces.
4	Bug Fix	SfM function	Fixed an issue where using GCPs with vertical coordinates from a .tifor .gtxfile in both RTK and PPK modes caused an error (0x90400001).
5	Bug Fix	SfM function	Fixed an issue where the elevation differences for points (reference point cloud, comparison point cloud, and elevation difference) could all display as 0.000 m
6	Bug Fix	Device	Fixed an issue experienced by some users where they could not connect to Edge (no error code displayed).
7	Bug Fix	SfM function	Fixed an issue where point clouds generated from projects imported from the Dashboard would result in all points being out ofrange in vertical accuracy verification, related to DHHN2016.
8	Bug Fix	display	Display the model number and date in the error code field shown on the tablet (for improved internal CS support).
9	Bug Fix	Calculation function	Fixed an issue with the EDGE2 soil volume function where accuracy defects had been identified.
10	Bug Fix	import finction	Handled the dashboard import error by changing the timeout duration from 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
