Issue
Unable to upload processed data to the project site via the Internet.
*LTE connection or LAN cable connection is required to upload processed point cloud data, etc.
Answer/Cause
There are some possible reasons why data cannot be uploaded to the project site.
This issue might be caused by: the LTE /LAN connection/ Wi-Fi dongle connection / the validation of Smart Construction account / Cloud service.

Please confirm following troubleshooting steps and retry uploading data. Then see if the issue resolved.

How to check the LTE connection :
Move the Edgebox to a location with good signal strength.
Make sure that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
Check that there are no errors in the APN settings for your carrier in the LTE setup.
How to check the LAN connection :
To check for broken LAN cables, etc., connect the LAN cable to a laptop, etc., and confirm that you can connect to the Internet.
There are cases where Edge devices cannot connect to the network due to security issues.
This can be resolved by using an external network/LAN connection.
How to check connection of the Wi-Fi dongle :
After installing the Wi-Fi dongle and setting the SSID and Password for the Internet connection, connect to the access point and the LED will light up.
If the connection is successful, the LED will flash when you access the network.
If a network error is detected on the tablet, try rebooting the Edge device after configuring the Wi-Fi client settings.
How to check If your authentication is valid for Smart Construction account:
Condition: In case you are user of Smart Construction Dashboard, you can send data to the project site via an Internet connection. Furthermore, you can also confirm your account status.
Please check if that you are using the correct account and if its valid.
How to check problem on the cloud service:
If the cloud service is down for maintenance, etc., In case we will announce you on the maintenance information page on the top page.
